Seeking a strategic business partner who can drive organizational success by attracting, managing, developing, and retaining top talent. This role offers an excellent entry point into the company, with potential for growth into more advanced HR leadership positions. The position reports to the HR Director, Japan.Key Responsibilities:•Collaborate with the Site Director and leadership teams to create and implement a talent strategy that supports the organization’s financial goals, fosters consistent team performance, and builds a sustainable talent pipeline for long-term business growth.•Partner with the Site Director and leadership to design and execute tailored programs that promote a high-performance culture, strong employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.•Develop a deep understanding of the business model, competitive landscape, and division strategies to assess talent needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.•Implement divisional talent strategies and processes, working closely with senior leaders to translate these strategies into actionable steps, metrics, and milestones.•Oversee talent acquisition, development, and succession planning for the assigned business units, ensuring these processes are effectively managed.•Ensure alignment between business priorities and the resources provided by Practice and Service Centers for effective planning and support.•Collaborate with HR teams regionally and globally to ensure the seamless execution of business decisions and initiatives according to agreed plans.•Manage recruitment for the site, with support from the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team.
求められる経験
•At least 7 years of experience in client-facing HR business partner roles, with a focus on talent management and employee relations programs.
•A minimum of 4 years of experience working with business leaders and HR teams across multiple countries (global experience is an advantage).
•Proven success in matrixed organizations, delivering results through collaboration.
•Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership effectively.
•A track record of driving organizational effectiveness and improvement initiatives (e.g., high-performing teams, large-scale transformations).
•Experience in executing priorities across multiple locations (experience across various countries and cultures is highly desirable).
•Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English is required.
