In conjunction with plant management, leading meetings with labour representatives, taking part in negotiations with trade unions and monitors agreements.
Managing the skills development plan and supporting employees in their career development within the group. (performance management, mobility, etc.)
Ensuring that all policies and procedures are up to date and complying with local legislation.
Supervising payroll administration and personnel management. (time management, processing and monitoring sick leave and workplace accidents, contracts, reporting, etc.)
Managing HR projects within the scope and participates in any necessary change management.
Being responsible for monitoring processes in the area of responsibility, ensuring regular HR reporting to the group and preparing local legal reports.
Being responsible for recruitment.
Managing and monitoring temporary work.
Implementing and monitoring the Group's HR policy.
Defines objectives and priorities for each member of the team, in line with the company's strategy.
Leading the team for which is responsible for, ensuring that each member of the team is suited to the position and monitors the tasks will be assigned.
Communicating to the team the information they need to fulfil their tasks and encouraging the sharing of information within the team.
Plans appropriate resources, systems and procedures to achieve the department's objectives.
Defining and managing the department's budget.
Ensuring the development and employability of the team, in particular by encouraging internal training and/or mobility.
Evaluating the performance of the team and conducting annual appraisals within the set deadlines.
Ensuring compliance with regulations within the team: quality, health and safety, regulations, etc..
