Delivery of Exceptional HR Operations Service Provision (Future Expansions)•Oversee the overall service delivery provided by the retained Workforce Services team, ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and internal performance metrics.•Collaborate with the Global Workforce Services Lead to escalate risks and themes that require leadership attention and resolution.•Take ownership of HR processes, ensuring the accuracy of input/output documentation and supporting tools for all in-scope services.•Create and maintain manual employee and position databases to support payroll execution by third-party providers and satisfy reporting requirements.•Establish and manage manual databases to facilitate mid-year and year-end reviews, succession planning, and bonus processing.•Develop additional documentation, leveraging legal policies and employment contracts as necessary.•Ensure HR queries and services meet agreed SLA standards, delivering a positive user experience for all stakeholders.•Maintain the Workforce Services reporting dashboard, ensuring reports are accurate, relevant, and timely.•Administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely resolution of payroll-related queries.•Implement practices to promote knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring cross-training across various processes and topics.•Collaborate with the broader People Team to support the implementation of new services.•Ensure compliance with Data Privacy, SOX, and other legislative requirements.Delivery of Workforce Services by HR Service Delivery Outsourced Partners•Manage escalations from HR Service Delivery Outsourced Partners regarding employee queries and transactions across multiple countries.•Identify and involve appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs) for complex queries, ensuring responses are managed effectively through outsourced partners.•Oversee the performance of outsourced partners across multiple countries, escalating issues to the Global Workforce Services Lead when necessary.•Ensure that employee and People Team escalations are appropriately handled to maintain service quality.Delivery of Cyclical HR Processes•Collaborate with the People Team to execute cyclical HR processes such as talent management, performance reviews, and reward cycles.•Act as a thought partner within the People Team to ensure global solutions are effectively localized to meet specific regional HR needs.Change & Continuous Improvement•Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements, collaborating with the People Team to implement changes.•Support change initiatives to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.TeamManagement•Represent the team by demonstrating excellent customer service and expert knowledge of the employee life cycle.•Support recruitment efforts to align with business growth and evolving needs.•Provide career development opportunities and establish a talent pipeline to promote succession planning within the team and across departments.•Apply performance and absence management processes to address underperformance.•Build relationships with HR Leadership, providing regular service updates and seeking feedback to improve service levels.•Participate in account management meetings as required.•Ensure the Workforce Services Team is kept informed of new HR products, procedures, projects, and business needs.•Foster a collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, and productivity.•Coach and support team members to enhance their capabilities and expertise.•Promote professional development and career growth for People Partners.Ways of Working•Collaborate effectively across the People Team to provide the necessary level of support.•Maintain a proactive approach by taking the initiative and managing tasks efficiently.•Build trust and strong relationships with key stakeholders.•Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the services provided by HR.•Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
