They are currently looking for a HR & Talent Manager to join the growing team. You will be responsible for leading and managing all things related to HR & Talent Acquisition. This position will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to business units, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- HR Business Partnering

- Lead recruitment to meet business needs.
- Guide managers on key hires.
- Develop tailored recruitment plans with department heads.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. You have a proven record of ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organisation across all levels of an organisation.
