Implementation Lead (PM) – HR System Implementation
Location: Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne - Remote is ok - Again, must have the above experience!!!
About the Role: My client is seeking a highly experienced Implementation Lead to lead the Dayforce System Implementation within their organisation. This key role will manage all aspects of the HR, Payroll, and Remuneration module tasks, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Program Business Owner and Technology Program Manager, to meet project milestones.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Implementation Team and Functional Advisory, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Oversee the execution of project deliverables by SMEs and BU functional support resources.
Expert Guidance:
- Guide functional SMEs through all project phases, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Provide expertise in HR processes and systems, facilitating the adoption of new methodologies and processes.
- Manage data migration, system configuration, integrations, and user training in partnership with SMEs.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation in collaboration with the Project Team.
- Maintain and manage a risks and issues register, ensuring challenges are promptly resolved.
Qualifications:
- Certification in HR or project management (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
- Proven experience in HR and payroll system implementations, preferably with Dayforce.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. (Must come from a HR / Payroll background to understand EBA and Awards)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
