about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join their team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:-
- Delivering exceptional customer service: Addressing inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and expertly, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing employee lifecycle: Overseeing onboarding, probation periods, changes in terms, and leavers, including accurate payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensuring compliance: Adhering to corporate policies, standards, and HR service processes, including accurate record keeping and reporting.
- Streamlining operations: Efficiently handling tasks like employee and pay administration, workflow management, and data entry.
- Continuous improvement: Contributing to HR Customer Service Delivery strategy, analyzing data to identify and solve problems, and mentoring team members.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Team Leader, working in a team of 5-6 person.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of HR administration experience within a regional HR Shared Services organisation. Proficiency in Mandarin is required in order to effectively support and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. You have experience of delivering to customer service targets within a complex environment.
