about the job
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Oversee the administration of company share plans, ensuring smooth grant and vesting processes
- Maintain precise records of share plan transactions, adhering to regulatory standards and company equity policies
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to effectively manage share plans
- Generate reports on share plan activities and address related inquiries
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements, focusing on digital transformation and automation
- Develop implementation timelines and training materials to facilitate the adoption of improved processes
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation in business processes
- Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize operations and deliver value
- Any other ad-hoc HR-related projects within the HR Shared Services Team
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration of equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience within a HR Shared Services environment
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate or UI Path will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Great communication skills, analytical and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and independent, able to work in a team environment
