Our client is one of the largest privately owned private banking and asset management group is now looking for a HR Shared Services Associate to join their team.
about the job
- Provide support for the employee life-cycle including onboarding/offboarding, preparation of HR documentation etc
- Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
- Analyse and address any HR issues that arises, innovating new solutions and adapting existing approaches as necessary
- Timely and accurate payroll processing for the employees including payroll accounting, CPF contribution submission and year-end tax submission
- Leave & Benefits administration
- Apply/renew/terminate Employment/Dependent Pass and other work visa
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services or similar roles
- Strong HR analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and make data-driven decisions
- Adaptable, team player and process driven
- Great interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals at all organisational levels
