【About the Company】Our client is a distinguished luxury brand known for its exceptional products, valuing employee growth and fostering a culture of innovation and high ethical standards in the Japanese market.【Position Overview】As an HR Retail Specialist, you will manage various HR functions, from onboarding new employees and talent development to salary data management, supporting both smooth retail operations and employee satisfaction.【Key Responsibilities】・Oversee entry procedures and arrange training for new hires・Conduct interviews with employees on leave and coordinate meetings with company physicians, participating in health committee meetings・Plan and propose talent development and career paths・Conduct interviews, primarily for new graduate recruitment・Prepare and manage salary increase data documents【DEVELOPMENET OPPRTUNITY】 ・Retail HR Manager・Human Resources Manager・Managerial positions within the Group companies #LI-Hybrid
求められる経験
・Fluent in Japanese; Intermediate English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
・3+ years of HR experience in the retail industry (experience in payroll management is a plus)
・Strong communication skills to interact smoothly with diverse stakeholders
・Self-motivated, flexible, responsible, with a strong sense of integrity
