Job Description:
As an Executive - HR Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee data, handling HR-related documentation, and supporting the HR team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, and exits.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in processing payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Support compliance activities related to labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Assist in HR audits, policy implementation, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors for benefits administration and other HR services.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and labor laws.
- Proficient in HR software (HRIS/HRMS) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
