Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage HR Operational activities including leave administration and maintenance, maintain biometric data and process relevant bills for the respective site
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
- Coordinate team satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve team’s experience
- Maintain IT assets data and other relevant information as required by the teams
- Support teams with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
- Plan onboarding activities and execute them
- Recommend and develop team building practices to foster a positive work environment
- Conduct and Analyse exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
- Previous exp in a startup or an agency would be preferable
- Coordinate administrative and facility related tasks including coordinating with various vendors, Landlords and other relevant stakeholders
Skills and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience working in the human resources field
- At least one year of experience in labour relations and compliance
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Needs to be an expert on excel
