Role Summary:Collaborate with the HR team, accounting team, and Payroll Vendor to manage HR operations, including payroll tasks. This includes executing payroll processes, contributing to process design, and continuously improving existing procedures.Job Description:•Manage Defined Benefit (DB plan) and other retirement allowance payments.•Arrange employee company housing.•Handle operations related to Leave of Absence.•Oversee regular payroll and bonus operations (monthly, yearly, ad-hoc, year-end tax adjustments).•Administer social insurance.•Refurbish, manage, and administer the WEB attendance system.•Participate in accounting and tax audits and investigations by the Labor Standards Inspection Office.Other Responsibilities:•Provide information and collaborate closely with stakeholders in HR and other departments as needed.•Coordinate with the company housing vendor and payroll vendor.•Perform any additional tasks and duties as required.
求められる経験
•5 years of experience in HR operations
•Vendor management experience for handling BAU operations
•Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
•Strong knowledge of Japanese tax, statutory, and labor regulations
•Experienced in Social Insurance processes and relevant laws
•Proficient in English reading and writing (TOEIC 600)
•Excellent problem-solving and teamwork/cooperation skills
•Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within and outside other HR functions
Skills & Experience (Nice to Have):
•Prior experience with Workday, SAP payroll system, and ADP Global View is advantageous
•Experience working on operational projects
•Previous experience in implementing or replacing HR systems/improving existing processes is a plus
•Conversational skills in English are beneficial for organizational growth
