Main Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:•Provide guidance, advice, and supervision to the Payroll & Benefits Specialist, Office Manager, and IT Help Desk staff.•Manage workload distribution and ensure efficient resource allocation.Payroll and Benefits Management:•Implement and oversee competitive payroll and benefits programs.•Build and maintain relationships with benefits providers and vendors.IT Help Desk Management:•Manage IT Help Desk members to ensure prompt and effective technical support for employees.Office Management:•Supervise the Office Manager in handling daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies, and vendor relationships.•Ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for all employees.Shareholders and Board Meeting Support:•Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate smooth shareholder and board meetings.•Manage logistical support, such as venue reservations and preparation of meeting materials.•Handle communication with directors regarding meeting logistics.HR Strategy and Execution:•Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.•Optimize HR processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
求められる経験
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•At least 7 years of HR experience (C&B experience required)
•HR experience in a Japanese company preferred
•Japanese: Business level (mandatory)
•English: Business level (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher)
•Strong communication skills
•Self-driven and proactive
