The HR/Recruitment support officer has been positioned in the European team of Talent Acquisition (TA) of Sabic within the department Global TA and is accountable for operational tasks. You will support the regional recruiters within Europe. You will be based at SABIC European Head office in Amsterdam or another SABIC location in NL. The team consists of a manager, one other HR colleague and a RPO support team.
Job Purpose & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and processing payments of the TA department
- Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordination: Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and career fairs
- Screening: Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for Internships recruitment requests
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and provide suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
