Reporting to Head of Office Administration & HR in Hong Kong, you will:
- Carry out end-to-end HR functions including processing work passes and preparing appointment/confirmation letters, leave management and payroll management
- Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties, including receptionist duties and mail/courier handling, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Support the recruitment and hiring process
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR events
- Conduct orientations and onboarding of new hires
- Prepare documentation such as employment contracts and new hire guides, and updating company policies
- Administer employee benefits including annual leaves, medical leaves and insurance
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on HR-related matters, ensuring HR policies are met
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and office administrative duties when required
skills and experience required
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a human resources or administrative position
- Excellent knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong computing skills including MS Office and HR systems
- Independent, with the ability to multitask within a dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional and strong attention-to-detail
