The HR M is a crucial part of the Leadership Team, significantly influencing the culture to support the organisation's strategic objectives. It is both strategic and operational, covering a wide range of human resource management priorities throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
key duties;
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating contemporary HR strategies aligned with the organisation's strategic priorities, vision, mission, and values.
- Developing responsive organisational structures, systems, and processes that support high performance and collaboration.
- Leading and managing diverse HR functions, including; recruitment, industrial relations, remuneration and benefits, performance management, learning and development and organisation development.
- Supporting, advising and uplifting the capability of leaders on performance management and professional learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need proven skills in implementing HR projects and initiatives through thoughtful and consultative planning, as well as the ability to understand complex organisational issues and influence senior leadership. you will also demonstrate wise counsel, optimism, strong people skills, and grace under pressure.
