You will oversee and coordinate employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll, and compliance with our corporate HR policies and local employment laws. To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. You have a proven record of ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organisation across all levels of an organisation.
