Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the textiles manufacturing industry.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Foster a positive work environment and promote open communication between management and employees.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support employee development. Work with department heads to set performance goals and monitor progress.
- Identify and introduce training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Encourage continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, health and safety, and labor relations.
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, employee records management, and HRIS maintenance. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction. Organize employee events, recognition programs, and other activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare regular HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/MHRM with minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the fabric manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Telugu speaking is must
