Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Organize employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Provide HR advisory support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics to guide decision-making.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
