about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager (Payroll, C&B) to join the team. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Manage payroll, compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead performance appraisals, salary reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning strategies.
- Oversee HR policies, employee handbooks, recruitment, training, and development activities.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintain accurate HR systems and records.
- Drive key HR projects, including diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and budget management.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the GM HR, leading a team of 2 and working closely with another HR Manager.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
