They are currently seeking for a HR Manager to join them as a sole contributor.
Key Accountabilies:
- Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, oversee selection processes, and conduct interviews and reference checks
- Manage on boarding processes for new hires and serve as a liaison between employees and management to address inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee grievances and disputes, conduct investigations, and oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary surveys and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, update policies, perform HR audits, and maintain records
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, identify training needs, and ensure the effectiveness of training programs.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail & manufacturing industry
- Great accountabilites
- Solid knowledge on local labour law & regulations
- Able to adapt to fast change management environment
