They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the growing team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Implementing HR processes to support Malaysia business growth, in lined with global HR direction and initiatives
- Partner with line managers to ensure HR processes and procedures are in place
- To provide necessary HR solutions to all key stakeholders
- To support Global HR initiatives and projects
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. You have a proven record in implementing HR plans and programs that deliver business outcomes.
