Our client is a F&B MNC with over 400 employees in Singapore. The organisation has a strong people culture and well established HR team. Due to an increase in business needs, they are now looking for a hands-on HR Manager.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Lead, you will manage a team of 3 HR Executives, supporting an employee size count of 400+. This role will cover HR Generalist duties including but not limited to:
- Execute recruitment strategies, interview procedures and selection policies
- Manage payroll processing
- Manage HR communications
- Conduct exit interview and clearance
- Manage new employee information in the HRIS
- Maintain HR database and records
- HR related government surveys and MOM Occupational Employment Dataset (OED)
- Organize social and recreational activities for staff (year-end party, staff trip, gathering, etc.)
- Employee grievances, counselling, and disciplinary issues
- HR responsibilities related to MOM and TADM
- Staff related matters e.g. work injury and any other prevailing advisories/measures
- Employer Branding matters

- Relevant HR education and work experience at a similar caliber
- F&B sector experience will be highly advantageous
- Having a positive personality and hands-on attitude would suit the team and culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Info-Tech systems would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Candidates on short notice/ immediately available would be preferred but not a requirement
