Our large Manufacturing client is currently hiring for a HR Graduate position. You will be reporting into the HR Director and you will be mainly responsible for recruitment, talent management and performance management. This is a fully on site role based in Drogheda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment and talent selection process.
- Management of administration relating to performance management and mentoring programmes.
- Organisation and recording of relevant training programmes.
Key Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- 3rd level degree in HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Our client is looking to pay around €35,000 per year.
