We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with managers to foster a positive work environment and support employee relations. Your responsibilities will include managing employee movements, performance management, and ensuring compliance with our headquarters' HR philosophy. You will also play a key role in accident prevention and workplace safety, as well as contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers on all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Support managers in engaging and developing their teams, as well as in performance management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal HR policies and procedures.
- Manage internal employee movements, including transfers, promotions, and other changes.
- Participate in managing performance and attendance at work, ensuring consistent application of policies.
- Develop and implement accident prevention programs and manage workplace injury files.
- Prepare employee files for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to the HR management philosophy of our headquarters, aligning actions with organizational strategies.
- Administer and manage working conditions, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Contribute to enhancing the employee experience by promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Produce and analyze statistical reports related to HR performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proven ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of efficiency, creativity, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in common software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; knowledge of management systems is an asset.
