Main/ Essential Task
- Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
- Responsible to maintain time office and leave management
- Should be thorough in handling employee benefits including Payroll, Bonus, Incentives, gratuity,health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Should be strong in statutory compliances and ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
- Responsible to handle general administration activities
- Employee Master Audit on HRMS Tools and digitisation of HR Processes
- Creating and Implementing HR Policies in the Organisation
- Should be accountable for Performance Management system and handle quarterly appraisal process
- Handling various employee engagement activities
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Implementation, audit and management of HR QMS Processes and managing PMS on Digital platform i.e Zoho People
- Coordinating the training and development initiative in the organisation
Competencies Required
- Good knowledge in microsoft office tools, knowledge in google workspace preferred.
- Basic knowledge on process flowcharts.
- Affinity towards data, reports, preparing presentations, research and data analysis.
- Good listening skills and ability to communicate in both English and Kannada would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRMS Management - Zoho People, Recruit and Payroll Preferred
- Experience in handling government portals in complying statutory laws.
