about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Generalist to join the team in response to their growth. The role involves managing payroll, e-leave inquiries, and HR databases while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining confidentiality. Key tasks include recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, preparing HR documents, and supporting HR projects. The role oversees HR operations for South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, handles employee insurance, organizes events, and manages expatriate administration. Additionally, it focuses on process improvements, reporting, and providing audit support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will be working closely with the team and HRBP.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
