•Collaborate closely with the regional generalist team to coordinate and manage day-to-day HR activities at both local and regional levels, including employee relations, communications, onboarding, employee transitions (new hires, terminations, leaves), performance management, policy guidance, and compliance.•Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as explaining programs, interpreting policies, and encouraging personal and professional development.•Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring all employee information is accurate and updated promptly.•Participate in local office team-building events and office committees to support and enhance company culture and employee engagement.•Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with employees within the office(s).•Partner with the Regional HR Lead, business leaders, and the broader functional HR team to implement key HR initiatives and projects while serving as a change agent for programs like coaching, payroll, performance, and learning.•Facilitate exit interviews, manage associated paperwork, and ensure feedback is appropriately routed for further consideration.
求められる経験
•5 + years of experience in human resources, with proven expertise relevant to the responsibilities of this role (experience in professional services is preferred).
•Education, training, or practical experience aligned with the position's requirements.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is desirable, with SAP proficiency preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
•Proven ability to collaborate and deliver value-added consultative support.
•Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
