About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong sense of ownership, deep respect for others, and a commitment to excellence in a dynamic environment. This person will also have a sense of fun while contributing to the mission of creating smarter and safer connected driving experiences for Honda vehicles. We are looking for someone passionate about HR who can help build a strong company culture through close collaboration with all stakeholders.What You’ll Be Doing•Design and Implement Programs: Develop and execute People programs and processes to minimize manual transactions by automating them. This will enhance the employee experience through improved self-service capabilities and a more informative knowledge base.•Support Process Improvements: Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the People function, maintaining high standards for yourself and your work.•Manage Onboarding Programs: Organize and oversee onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they have the best orientation experience and seamless integration into the company.•Administer Benefits and Wellness Programs: Manage the administration of benefits, health insurance, and wellness programs, ensuring employees are well-informed about the offerings.•Oversee Leave Management: Handle various types of leave from an operational standpoint, focusing on employee experience and awareness.•Consult and Support Employees: Provide day-to-day support on People matters and assist with the necessary documentation.•Manage HR Systems: Maintain and update HR and related systems (such as HiBob, Notion, Freee, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and currency.•Analyze and Report Data: Prepare, review, interpret, and analyze a variety of data, information, and reports, making recommendations based on findings.•Coordinate Payroll Processing: Work closely with the Finance team and Payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
求められる経験
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in People Operations within both fast-growing tech companies and established organizations.
• Extensive experience in developing employee-friendly HR processes and managing HR systems, including payroll and social insurance.
• Proven ability to create, refine, and implement people-focused processes and initiatives, ensuring efficiency and a positive employee experience with an agile approach.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese, with the capability to communicate fluently and effectively both internally and externally.
