Our partner, working in facilities management, is looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to support the organisation and be the first point of contact for all stakeholders.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Create and implement recruitment strategy and coordinate activities related to the process
- Conduct employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including training management
- Coordinate payroll process activities
- Implement, promote, and enforce company policies and procedures
- Support the stakeholders in all HR activities
- Build active relationship with employees
Elvárások / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferable in HR, business, or in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role
- Advanced English skills, in writing and speaking
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently
