【仕事内容】◆To create a better working environment and improve employee experience, this position is responsible for HR operations in line with the employee life cycle while taking initiatives to enhance all HR-related processes.◆Also, manage HR data/information on the HR system for better decision-making.【具体的な業務内容】HR Operations/Process Improvement/Temp Staff Hiring (60%)■ Administer all the processes related to On-boarding and Off-boarding.(Preparing an offer letter, sending/collecting onboarding package, conducting a background check, new hire registration, setting up an exit interview.)■ Temp Staff Management; Work with temp agencies to source temp staff. Monitor and renew temp staff’s contracts in stores and offices based on the business needs.HR Data Management/Reporting (20%)■ Maintain and update employees’ information and status changes on Workday. (New hire, termination, transfer, promotion, and so forth)■ Create and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, learning history, headcount, recruiting, organizational charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.■ Prepare monthly payroll reports based on Workday data, and update employee information on Japanese 401K and group insurance.Employee Health/Safety and Compliance (10%)■ Take actions to cope with Labor law revision (e.g. Work rule revision)■ Conduct stress checks and medical checkups for all employees in line with related laws.■ Work with industrial doctors to monitor employees’ health and safety.■ Recruit a person with a disability in line with related lawCorporate Responsibility (5%)■ Be responsible for CR initiatives at Deckers Japan working together with Sr.Manager, PX.Support PX Initiatives/Projects (5%)■ Support any PX projects or initiatives as required

■ Bachelor’s Degree
■ Around 3 years of experience in HR Operation
【Skills/Knowledge/Behavior】
■ Proficient in Microsoft Applications
■ Excellent verbal and written English
■ Highly motivated, a team player, and motivated self-starter
■ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
■ Exceptional attention to detail
■ Strong organizational skills
■ High level of Customer service oriented
