They are looking for a skilled and experienced HR expert to lead and develop their HR services in Japan.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the HR Expert, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR services with the aim of efficiency and quality. You'll be working to streamline HR services, including a strong focus on payroll and time & absence management systems. You will oversee payroll operations and time and attendance management, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will collaborate closely with other teams located outside Japan to ensure high-quality service. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
・Significant HR experience, ideally in payroll, ・HRBP, HR advisory, consulting, or employment law.
・Solid experience in payroll and time management (3+ years).
・Strong understanding of Japanese employment legislation.
・Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
