Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers on recruitment progress.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed for new hires and filed in employee files.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Recruitment Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in tracker
- Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to HR and hiring managers.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for onboarding.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
