Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, policies, programs, and practices. The role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Support team-building and professional development efforts.
3. Performance Management:
- Oversee performance review processes, providing guidance and support to managers.
- Assist in setting goals, identifying development opportunities, and implementing improvement plans.
4. HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Draft and revise HR policies, procedures, and manuals as necessary.
5. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Track employee progress and evaluate training outcomes.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely resolution of compensation and benefits issues.
7. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Maintain HR metrics and generate reports for senior management.
- Analyze trends and data to improve HR strategies and practices.
