Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with documentation.
• Draft and manage HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate team introductions.
• Assist in performance management by facilitating evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate training programs based on employee development needs.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive workplace environment.
   

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
