Onboarding and employee experience
-Keeping track of new joiner in the region.
-Pre-joining connect with new joiner to help sort issues as necessary and enhance candidate experience.
-Coordinate with managers for new joiner induction plan and ensuring successful completion of
induction plan

-Check in with new joiners at determined period to ensure all points closed including IT support,
addressing any queries, highlighting issues if any.
-Create plan for key touch points like regular check in set up with new joiner, manager and RHR and
implement (post RHR sign off)
-New joinee kits, follow up call post day1 and day 2 onboarding, feedback consolidation on functional
induction experience one month after joining
-Post exit – ensuring asset submission by following up with manager.
