Our client is a Professional Services company, currently recruiting for a HR Executive (Payroll) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Lead, you will manage the full cycle of payroll activities and supporting ad-hoc HR processes, including but not limited to:
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including CPF, Taxes, and reports
- Manage employee income tax filings, including yearly IR8E and IR21 for tax clearance
- Process claims for childcare, maternity, National Service (NS), Skills Development Levy (SDL), etc
- Process annual salary review and bonus processes when required
- Support some administration of employee letters, reference letters, background checks, mandatory training, etc, when required
- Ad-hoc HR tasks when required

- Office location: Central-West, Singapore
- Headcount: 350+
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
- Salary: $3,000-$4,000/month, + AWS + Benefits
skills and experience required
- At least 1-2 year of experience in processing end to end payroll
- Strong knowledge in MOM laws and regulations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
