about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Handle end-to-end HR functions in the areas of Payroll Management, Personnel Administration and Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Process payroll via Prosoft system, and power user for HRMS.
- Ensure timely submission of CPF, government-claim and income tax
- Support recruitment activities from sourcing, selection, to onboarding.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the existing HR policies, processes and controls.
- Ad-hoc HR duties as required
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a HR Operations role (including payroll processing)
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act & statutory regulations
- Meticulous, organised, able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with HRMS (i.e. Prosoft) would be an advantage
- Able to work fully on-site in East Singapore
