- Understand business strategy and drive people strategy, responsible for the community in and lead to facilitate the OD and lead overall competence management in all sites of China.
- Leading the HRBP team, responsible for the team development and engagement.
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions in topics like organization change, competencies and people development, leadership development and etc. and act as change agent in dealing with OD topics.
- As strategic HR partner to business leaders, develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
- Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Lead to build up leadership culture. Provide leadership consultancy and coaching in leadership development in all sites.
- Lead competence management including methodology, tools and diagnosis, coordinate international assignments related to HR colleagues in HQ.
- Other HR Projects based on business needs.
job responsibilities
- At least 10 years of professional working experience in Human Resources generalist role, and >3 years leadership responsibility.
- Hands-on experience in managing ER cases in direct and indirect areas.
- Willing and ability to motivate/lead a highly performing team.
- Overview on labor market and legal environment and requirements in China.
- Business sense and overview, strong entrepreneur orientated mind-set, able to translate business strategy into HR strategy and concrete projects.
- Able to work independently and cope with stress and frequent changes, is a change agent with passion & determination.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates.
- Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and experience of working in multi-culture environment.
