You will partner closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's overall business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
・Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
・Experience with HR systems (Workday experience a plus).
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 700+).
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
