Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of two, this role will:
- Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior leaders and managers across the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Drive HR strategy, talent management, HR Analytics and organizational development to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives align with business priorities
- Implement recruitment and talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Manage succession planning and workforce planning initiatives

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ of HR experience, with 5 years of business partnering experience
- Regional experience in commodity industry is required
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of APAC region
- Travel to regional offices is required for this role
