· Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Administration:
· Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
· Support budget management and assist with financial reporting as needed.
· Organize company events and training sessions.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
