HR Partners are proud to be working with global biotech company driving transformative change. We are seeking a Candidate Experience Associate to join their dynamic team on a 6-month contract, with potential to extend. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating a positive and memorable experience for candidates across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll work closely with HR teams to ensure candidates feel welcomed and supported throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview logistics in partnership with hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling.
- Support candidates and hiring teams across APAC, handling arrangements for both in-person and virtual interviews.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have all necessary details for a seamless interview experience.
- Partner with team members to establish consistent processes that enhance the candidate experience and uphold service standards.
- Build collaborative relationships across the organisation to facilitate effective scheduling and communication.
- Oversee candidate-related expenses and reimbursement in coordination with the finance team.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a busy HR support role, preferably at the coordinator level within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive, people-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing a high level of service.
- Experience with workday and a tech-savvy approach to HR processes is advantageous.
