As HR controller, you will be responsible for collecting, controlling and analyzing data relating to the company's human resources management. This involves consolidating a wide range of data relating to headcount, recruitment, absenteeism, working time management and training, in order to optimize human resources policies.
You will work within the Human Resources department and report to the Senior Management Controller. This role involves working closely with various members of the European HR team and other departments to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Main responsibilities:
1. Social data collection and analysis:
- Collect, analyze and synthesize quantitative social data
- Ensure consistency and reliability of data collected
- Continue to automate recurring processes
- Act as main point of contact for internal and external social data requests
- Determine and/or create relevant KPIs for HR management
2. Conduct surveys and social studies:
- Respond to ad hoc requests for information
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports on social data
- Maintain management charts on social indicators (headcount, age pyramids, seniority, staff turnover, etc.)
- Carry out specific studies on themes such as professional equality, apprenticeships, project costs, absenteeism, etc
3. HR consulting :
- Implement specific HR indicators
- Alert on discrepancies and propose corrective measures
- Provide information and recommendations to HR management to facilitate decision-making
- Support HR policy development through data-driven analysis
- Advise on best practice in HR processes and systems
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall corporate strategy
4. Budgeting and forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of human resources budgets and forecasts
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs
- Provide information and recommendations to optimize human resources expenditure
