Our client is a leading beauty services organisation. The business is looking for a HR Business Partner to join its best practice HR team. This is a true generalist position, where you will have autonomy to work across several aspects of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume environment and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support with executing employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, diversity & inclusion.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders built on business knowledge and HR expertise.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Leverage data and insights to track progress with relation to strategic priorities
- Managing workplace relations matters especially ER and IR grievance handling and case management
- Partner with the talent team to ensure the recruitment strategy is in line with the needs of the region
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of working in a high volume environment
- Minimum of 5 years Business Partnering experience including the provision of advice and support in the following areas: industrial and employee relations, workforce planning & performance management
