Reporting to the General Manager based in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between HR and business operations, ensuring that HR strategies support and drive business success.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand the business strategy and translate it into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs, plan for future workforce requirements, and ensure the right talent is in place.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive working environment and addressing employee concerns.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Support and drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Promote and sustain a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on HR activities and their impact on business performance.

- Permanent role, up to $12,500/month depending on experience
- Entitled to 13th month and performance bonus, employee benefits
- Monday to Friday, fully on-site
- Office location: Tuas, Singapore
skills and experience required
- Bachelors' degree, preferably HR or related studies
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR and Business Partnering
- Experience in the FMCG/ Manufacturing industries would be preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling Union/ Collective Agreement would be highly advantageous
- Candidates from matrix organizational structure would be preferred
