Key Responsibilities
... - Provide expert advice to the leadership team on legal compliance and ensure the organisation adheres to relevant legislation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Support and guide management and employees on performance management, employee relations, and case management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes and offer strategic HR advice when required.
- Monitor key HR performance indicators and ensure system integrity.
- Address employee relations issues and manage ad hoc HR projects.
About You
