HR Business PartnerFocused on multiple HR functions, with a key role in cultivating a positive work culture and ensuring adherence to labor regulations.Key Responsibilities:•Strategic Planning: Contribute to workforce development by leading efforts in reskilling, upskilling, and succession planning to prepare for future challenges.•Recruitment: Support the recruitment process in Japan by coordinating interviews and assessing candidates.•Onboarding & Off-boarding: Oversee the complete process for employee onboarding and off-boarding.•Payroll: Aid in ensuring payroll accuracy and serve as a liaison with external partners.•Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns and disputes.•Insurance:oAssist in issuing certificates of enrollment and processing company or employee updates.oSocial Insurance: Enroll employees and their dependents in social insurance programs.oWorkers' Compensation: Manage applications for workers' compensation and submit relevant employee data.oAnnual Health Check: Coordinate annual employee health checkups.•Learning and Development: Prepare and present training materials, including delivering programs in Japanese when necessary.•Corporate Training: Encourage employee participation and awareness of corporate training programs.•Employee Events: Organize and manage employee events and ceremonial occasions.•Background Checks: Handle background check requests for former employees.
