•Collaborate closely with the designated supervisor and business leaders, forging strong connections and gaining comprehensive insights into the business and operational landscape, serving as a strategic HR partner•Develop and execute organizational and talent strategies in collaboration with the Head of HR, aimed at fostering a robust talent pipeline for both the assigned Business Unit and the broader company enterprise. •Engage with the supervisor and business leaders to cultivate commercial leadership capabilities, continuously enhancing organizational quality and effectiveness to drive growth. •Offer group and individual coaching sessions to managers and employees, supporting leadership development, engagement initiatives, decision-making, problem-solving, and performance management.•Formulate and execute effective strategies to navigate organizational change successfully. •Foster an engaged and high-performing workplace culture while addressing performance and employee relations issues. •Collaborate with Global Services and Corporate Services HR units to ensure alignment of HR strategies and processes across the designated organization. •In addition to Business Unit HR duties, the successful candidate will participate in or lead an enterprise-wide initiative

•Proficient in facilitation, possessing fundamental business acumen, strategic thinking, critical analysis, and analytical abilities.
•Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR-related roles.
•Fluent in both Japanese and English languages.
•Able to exemplify Credo values and maintain an enterprise mindset.
•Demonstrates expertise in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People & Organizational Development, Employee Relations/Labor Relations, and HR Operations, with one or two significant experiences or a deep understanding of each.
•Possesses change management skills focused on people, agility, and resilience.
•Capable of synthesizing diverse inputs and simplifying them into practical solutions and clear messages.
•Proficient in influencing stakeholders across various levels in a matrix environment, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
•Demonstrates a proven history of building trusting relationships, fostering transparency, delivering difficult messages tactfully, and offering support as needed.
•Collaborates effectively as a team member to achieve the objectives of the Business Unit HR team.
•Displays leadership qualities and accomplishments in alignment with the corporate Leadership Imperatives
