Ensure the ongoing enhancement of the HR function by developing and implementing HR programs within a specific geographic area or business line. With minimal supervision, offer HR support to employees and management in designated service areas, business units, or departments. As an HR Business Partner, provide guidance, expertise, and advice to assigned management teams at local, regional, global, or functional levels.RESPONSIBILITIES•Foster strong and effective relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence.•Conduct ad hoc reviews as directed, and propose recommendations for handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices, and procedures. Provide support and education to line management with guidance.•Collaborate with senior HR team members on the development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives, with minimal supervision.•Generate reports and analyses as requested by senior management.•Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and work alongside senior HR team members and line management on various issues.•Partner with the HR team to deliver on organizational design, talent and performance management, low performer management, succession planning, people manager capability development, and communication.•Be accountable for the timely execution of all deliverables and the delivery of results.
